Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. Every "Pay Now" button takes you directly to the carrier's own encrypted payment portal. Safer Insurance Agency never collects, sees, or stores your card or bank information. Each carrier uses bank-level security (TLS encryption) on their payment pages.
What if my payment doesn't go through?
If a payment fails, first contact the carrier directly — they can confirm what happened with your account. If you need help reaching them or want us to walk you through it, call any of our six locations and our bilingual team will assist.
Can I pay in person?
Absolutely. Stop by any of our six offices in San Ysidro, San Diego, Coachella, Cathedral City, Indio, or Tijuana. We accept payments in person and can help you set up auto-pay so you never miss a renewal.
