• Auto, home, health, commercial, and Mexican insurance quotes and policies.
• Instant DMV services, including registration, renewals, titles, and transfers.
• Covered California enrollment assistance.
• Premium payments and related policy servicing.

We act as an intermediary between you and insurance carriers, the California DMV, and Covered California. We do not underwrite policies or guarantee coverage, approvals, or processing outcomes.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information for quotes, applications, and transactions.
• Promptly update us of any changes that may affect your policies or applications.

Insurance policies are contracts between you and the issuing carrier. The carrier's policy documents, terms, and conditions govern your coverage. We are not a party to those contracts and are not responsible for a carrier's decisions, coverage determinations, or claims handling.

We provide DMV-related services as an authorized business partner. Processing times, eligibility, and outcomes are determined by the California DMV and are outside our control. Applicable DMV fees and service charges will be disclosed to you before completing a transaction.

We provide enrollment assistance for health coverage through Covered California. Eligibility, plan availability, subsidies, and enrollment decisions are determined by Covered California and the applicable carriers.

You agree to pay all premiums, fees, and charges associated with the Services you request. Premium payments made through us are forwarded to the applicable insurance carrier. Service fees for DMV or other transactions, where applicable, will be disclosed before you complete the transaction.

Late or missed premium payments may result in cancellation or non-renewal of your policy by the carrier. We are not responsible for lapses in coverage resulting from missed payments.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us related to your quotes, policies, and Services by phone, email, or text message.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Safer Insurance Agency name and shield, images, and design — is the property of Safer Insurance Agency, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
